01 / BEFORE DOTCAMP
Two different ways in
Istiak Rayhan started out as a blogger, learning what site owners actually struggle with. Imtiaz Rayhan started out building plugins: WP Coupons and Deals first, then WP Table Builder.
02 / 2018, DOTCAMP BEGINS
A bet on the block editor
We started the plugin business with Ultimate Blocks, an all in one Gutenberg blocks plugin, back when most of WordPress was still deciding whether the block editor would stick. It did, and so did we.
03 / THE IDEA
The gap we kept running into
Every popup plugin we tried asked people to learn a second builder just to write a headline and add a button. We wanted one that used the editor they already knew. The idea sat on our list for years while we shipped other products, and it never went away.
04 / TODAY
Three campaign types, one workflow
ConvertForce now covers notification bars, lightbox popups, and slide-ins, all built natively in the WordPress block editor. Five people, shipping fast, listening to what users actually ask for.
