Once a campaign is designed and configured, it needs to be published to go live. After publishing, all campaigns can be managed from the Campaigns screen — editing, previewing, switching status, and deleting are all handled from one place.
To publish a campaign, click the Publish button in the top-right corner of the campaign editor. Once published, the campaign immediately starts displaying on the site based on the configured display conditions.
Campaigns can also be saved as drafts using Save Draft if they are not ready to go live yet.
All campaigns are managed from the Campaigns screen, accessible via ConvertForce → Campaigns in the WordPress admin sidebar.
The Campaigns screen lists all campaigns with key details at a glance.
The list displays the following information for each campaign:
The Campaigns screen provides several ways to filter and find campaigns:
Each campaign has a status toggle in the Status column. This toggle provides a quick way to enable or disable a campaign without opening the editor.
This is useful for temporarily pausing a campaign — such as a seasonal promotion — without deleting it.
To edit a campaign, hover over it in the Campaigns list and click Edit. This opens the campaign in the block editor where the design, display conditions, triggers, and all other settings can be modified.
Hover over a campaign to access Edit, Quick Edit, Trash, and Preview.
After making changes, click Update to save and apply them.
Quick Edit is also available for making fast changes to the campaign title and other basic settings without opening the full editor.
To preview a campaign before publishing or after making changes, hover over it in the Campaigns list and click Preview. This opens a preview of how the campaign will appear on the site.
Preview is also available from within the campaign editor using the standard WordPress preview option.
To delete a campaign, hover over it in the Campaigns list and click Trash. The campaign is moved to the trash and can be restored or permanently deleted from there.
For bulk deletion, select multiple campaigns using the checkboxes, choose Move to Trash from the Bulk Actions dropdown, and click Apply.
How do I temporarily pause a campaign without deleting it? Use the status toggle in the Campaigns list to switch the campaign off. This sets the campaign to Draft, making it invisible to visitors. Toggle it back on to republish.
Can I edit a campaign after publishing? Yes. Click Edit on any campaign in the Campaigns list to open it in the editor. Click Update after making changes.
Can I delete multiple campaigns at once? Yes. Select the campaigns using the checkboxes, choose Move to Trash from the Bulk Actions dropdown, and click Apply.
What happens when I trash a campaign? The campaign is moved to the trash and stops displaying on the site. It can be restored from the trash or permanently deleted.
Is there a way to duplicate a campaign? Campaign duplication is not available yet and is planned for a future update.
What does the Views column show? The Views column shows how many times the campaign has been viewed by site visitors.
