Acknowledgement
By creation of an account, or continuing to maintain an account with Convert Force, you are stating and acknowledging that you have read the company’s terms of service in detail and that you understand such terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
Description of service
The current list of social media marketing services offered by Convert Force includes (but is not limited to) social media profile creation, optimization and maintenance. From time to time, the company may make available for subscribe a variety of additional social media marketing packages and solutions. Convert Force reserves the right to amend (add, edit, delete or suspend) its social media marketing service offerings at any time and also to determine when and how any such changes apply to existing and prospective clients.
Change in Terms and Conditions
Convert Force reserves the right to update or amend any (or all) these Terms of Service at any time and your continued use of the services offered under this website ( following any alterations ) shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. You must check the Terms of Service regularly to avoid any misunderstandings.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Convert Force harmless from any penalty, liability, loss, expense, cost, attorney’s fees, damage or claim caused by your use of the service (directly or indirectly) which damages you or Convert Force or any other party without limitation or exception. This indemnification clause extends to all issues associated with your account.
Refusal or Discontinuance of service
Convert Force reserves the right to deny/ discontinue/ restrict service to anyone if it (in its sole discretion) finds you guilty of engaging in any activity that violates any of the Terms of Service in this agreement.
Convert Force holds no responsibility to notify any third party service providers or any responsibility for any consequences resulting from any such discontinuance or lack of notification. You agree that Convert Force holds the right to monitor the service electronically from time to time and to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy the law, or to protect itself, its customers, or subscribers of its services sold via the social media marketing service.
No Warranties
Convert Force makes no warranties or representations of any kind for the services being offered. The list of social media marketing services is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, non-infringement, or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No advice or piece of information given by Convert Force or any of its agents, representatives or employees shall create a warranty.
Further, Convert Force provides no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error free or that any information, software or other material accessible on or via the service is free from viruses or other harmful components. Under no circumstances shall Convert Force be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages that result in any way from your use or inability to use the service, or for third parties’ use of the service to access your web space, any other service we supply or are associated with, to access the Internet or any part thereof.
Convert Force will provide you a reasonable amount of support to assist you in the social media consultation service into your website. You understand that the level, duration, and hours of availability of the support provided is determined at the sole discretion of Convert Force, and that providing any support does not constitute a warranty of any sort.
Payment
You agree to supply appropriate payment for the paid social media optimization services received from Convert Force. You understand that failure to supply such payment in accordance with the instructions contained in the invoice will result in account suspension. You understand that Convert Force, at its sole discretion, has the right to refuse to reinstate a suspended account regardless of subsequent payment attempts by you. Further, you understand that there may be fees associated with reinstatement of a suspended account.
You also agree that all subscription fees are non-refundable and understand the need to choose the subscription period carefully to meet your needs.
Prior Agreements
This agreement supersedes any written, electronic, or oral communication you may have had with Convert Force or any agent or representative thereof, and constitutes the complete and final agreement between the parties.
